This Website e-visaplus.com is owned and operated by E-VisaPlus. These Terms applies to anyone who accesses or uses our Website and/or Services. 

If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use this Website.

OUR SERVICE

We provide step-by-step service for visa processing and related travel services (fill out the application form) for travelers.

We are not part of any government or state agency. We are a private company and we do not have the authority to grant you a visa of any kind. We can only assist and advise people who want to travel to the destinations we support.

Please note that the final decision on all visa applications rests with the relevant government department or state agency.

We strive to make visitors to the Website aware that we offer an independent service to users who do not want the hassle of filing government forms.

Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date position in good time before departure. We regret we can accept no liability if you are refused entry onto the flight or into the certain country due to failure on your part to carry the correct passport, visa or other documents required by any airline, authority or country. 

Any advice provided to you should not be used by any third party as each case varies depending on the particular circumstances of the applicant and the applicant’s family. Such action will result in an immediate breach of our copyright terms as set out below.

[E-VisaPlus] cannot offer taxation, business, education or investment advice. Any information provided by our employees on non-migration related matters should only be interpreted as general information and you should obtain professional advice regarding these matters.

During the process of providing our Service, the User will be requested to submit via online forms their contact details and information such as full name, postal and email address, information about work or business, financial and demographic information, payment method information, and will be asked to upload certain documents. 

[E-VisaPlus] will use and rely on information provided by you. [E-VisaPlus] will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information. Accordingly, the information provided by you must be correct, including date of birth, qualifications and work history, contact details, etc. If the information provided by you is not correct, the Service may not be accurate.

We offer you three types of our service, which differ in time and fee:

If we need more time, we notify you. 

Please note that the review of documents may vary from country to country and we have no influence the processing time of your application by the competent state authorities who decide to issue visas. Please also note that many state authorities may require you to come to the interview. Therefore, we recommend that you plan your trip and possible visa costs well in advance.

SERVICE FEE

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that paying for our Services is not a guarantee of obtaining a visa.

You can pay for our Service Fee by credit/debit card or using payment services providers applicable on the Website. We use third-party payment platforms on the Website and we do not store your credit card or payment services providers account data.

Any fees paid to [E-VisaPlus] are for the provision of the Services listed on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our Services using one of our accepted payment methods.

Our fees don’t include other costs which are part of the visa application process such as visa application filing fees, government lodging fees, medical and police checks, translation of documents, etc. As part of the Services, which are provided to you, an approximate indication of the fees, which form part of the process, will be set out for you, together with clarification as to when these costs are due.

Refund is in accordance with the terms of our Refund Policy.

REFUND POLICY

We guarantee to make a refund of the service fee if your application was declined. Except where you have deliberately provided false information. 

Please note, that Government Fee is non-refundable.

To request a refund from us, contact us via email info@e-visaplus.com  with the following information:

•     Your full name;
•     Reason for requesting a refund;
•     Email address which you specified during authorization;
•   The last four (4) digits of the credit card or payment services provider account used to make payment.

We will credit your refund to your debit/credit card or payment services provider account within 48 hours.

Our service fee refund covers the fees paid to us directly for processing your application and unfortunately does not cover any third-party fees you may incur, such as credit/debit card fees or charges from other parties involved in processing your payment.

Refunds are always in USD currency. The exchange rate is determined by your credit/debit card company or payment services provider. We, unfortunately, cannot take responsibility for any differences in refund amounts based on exchange rate fluctuations or exchange fees charged by your card provider.

Any processed refunds will be credited to the card/payment method used for the original payment. 

This is to protect your security and prevent theft, loss, or fraud. Should you dishonestly apply to your bank, card issuer or payment services provider for a chargeback without first following our refund procedure, we may be entitled to bring legal action against you to recover from you any resulting losses that we may suffer.

MODIFYING THE SERVICE

Our team is always striving to improve the Service and bring you additional functionality that you will find engaging and useful. This means we may add new product features or enhancements from time to time as well as remove some features, and if these actions do not materially affect your rights or obligations, we may not provide you with notice before taking them. We may even suspend the Service entirely, in which event we will notify you in advance unless extenuating circumstances, such as safety or security concerns, prevent us from doing so.

FEEDBACK

We welcome your feedback. Feedback submitted through the Service or otherwise is non-confidential and becomes the sole property of the Company. We own the intellectual property rights in and to such feedback and are entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of this feedback for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgement to you.

Stores can use the information provided on [E-VisaPlus] but are strictly prohibited to:

[E-VisaPlus] does not promote any offensive or objectionable content and does not take responsibility of the same. Users are allowed to report any usage of offensive content through the processes mentioned in the following sections of this document.

This website shall only be used to surf and order products, goods for use by the Customer.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by [E-VisaPlus]. FRAUD PROTECTION

As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order, or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse any orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

WAIVER

If your visa travel authorization application is approved, it establishes that you are eligible to travel, but does not establish that you are admissible to the certain country. Upon arrival to the country, a Border Officer at a port of entry who may determine that you are inadmissible for any reason under an applicable law will inspect you.

All information provided by you, or on your behalf by a designated third party, must be true and correct. A visa may be revoked at any time and for any reason, such as new information influencing eligibility. You may be subject to administrative or criminal penalties if you knowingly and willfully make a materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation in an online visa application submitted by you or on your behalf.

Our Service is aimed at helping travelers to destinations we support by facilitating our clients’ procedures for filling of the required forms for obtaining a visa. [E-VisaPlus] is not affiliated with any government bodies and is a private legal entity. We do not influence the final decision on issuing a visa to our clients, and we do not warrant that the use of our Services is a guarantee of your obtaining a visa. 

You understand and you agree that the Services are provided by the Company “as is”, and may not always be available or work flawlessly (free from errors and/or incorrect work). 

The information on this Website is for information purposes only. The information is not and is not intended to be, legal advice. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content included in the Website without seeking the appropriate legal or other professional advice on the facts and circumstances at issue from a licensed attorney.

However, [E-VisaPlus] will not be responsible for the following occurring at the embassy: refusal to issue the visa, refusal to accept the application, Issuance of incorrect visa, delay in processing the visa.

Should [E-VisaPlus] have caused any of the above through error or omission, then our liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement visa or refund of all fees paid and [E-VisaPlus] cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to: lost profits/income, lost airfares, etc.

We use reasonable skill and care in compiling the information accessible on and through this Website. However, certain information may have been compiled and/or provided to us by a third party. [E-VisaPlus] does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of any information which is obtained from any such third party. Furthermore, errors and omissions in the information accessible on and through this Website may occur because of a number of factors which are inherent in any internet-related system and which are not within our reasonable control. 

The information is provided “as is” and you should always attempt to verify the accuracy of any information obtained from this Website before relying upon it.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Neither the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods nor any implementation of the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act in any jurisdiction shall apply to these Terms. 

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to our Service must be commenced within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arises.

For any technical issues with our Service please contact info@e-visaplus.com  for us to review the problem. We will take all measures to rectify the issue as soon as possible. EVisaPlus will review your complaint and notify you if we shall require additional information or documents. You agree to fully and timely cooperate with all requests we may make in the resolution process.

Please follow the following terms and conditions in the event you have a dispute regarding the purchase of any product you have made using our Services:

EVisaPlus reserves all rights to conclude and offer, if warranted and applicable, a reasonable remedy for your complaint. In the event your complaint violates these Terms and Conditions for our website, any other policy not herein, or all applicable state and federal laws, we will dismiss your complaint and take reasonable action to procure a judgment against you.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

GENERAL

We reserve the right from time to time to: 

(a) alter and/or introduce new and/or additional security measures without notice; 

(b) temporarily withdraw and/or limit the availability of this Website to any individuals; and 

(c) do anything else that we believe necessary to preserve the security and integrity of this Website and the information held in the Website’s databases.

[E-VisaPlus] may assign its rights under these Terms to any person or entity without your consent. The rights granted to you under these Terms may not be assigned without our prior written consent, and any attempted unauthorized assignment by you shall be null and void.

Regardless of any statute of limitations or law to the contrary, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms must be filed within six months after the date in which the incident giving rise to the dispute occurred; provided that, if the substantive law applicable to the arbitration prohibits the parties from agreeing to this limitations period, then the limitations period under the applicable substantive law shall control. The failure of a party to file an arbitration claim within the applicable limitations period shall constitute a waiver by that party of its right to bring such a claim relating to any dispute in any form, and a complete bar to any claim based on any dispute, and the arbitrator shall not have jurisdiction to make a determination for a party that has not brought its dispute for determination within the applicable limitations period.
