E-visaPlus own and manage this website and referred to in this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) as “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”. This Policy sets out how personally identifiable information is collected, used and disclosed by Company in relation to your access and use of our website located at www.e-visaplus.com(the “Website”) and Company’s online products and services provided therein (the “Services”), in order so that you may make an informed decision about your use of the Services.

Although our Services is a general audience Services, we restrict the use of the Services to individuals under the age 18 without parent or guardian consent. We do not collect any personal information about children.

WHAT SECURITY WILL EXIST?

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. We use certain payment service providers, that processed your payment information. We as the loyalty provider do not hold the card details. Card details are stored on the servers of a PCI compliance third party provider and are not accessible by us.

Personal information submitted by means of the Internet may be vulnerable to unauthorized access by third parties. Submission of personal information using the Internet is at your own risk. We will take reasonable and appropriate technical measures to ensure that your personal information is stored in a secure manner. However, we shall have no liability for disclosure of data due to errors in transmission or the fraudulent, negligent or other illegal acts of a third party, such as “hacking”. Any transmission of personal information on or through the use of our website is at your own risk.

 

DATA TRANSMISSION

We will transfer your personal information to our website hosting administrators who are based in the United States, Israel and other countries, other than this, we shall also transfer your personal information to certain companies who have contracted to use the Services and may reside outside your country of residence.

CAN I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT FOR YOU USING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In accordance with applicable law, an individual who has satisfactorily established his or her PersonalInformation to Company may exercise the following rights in relation to Personal Information Company has collected directly from him or her; where Company is a processor, Company will assist the Customer in meeting its privacy obligations toward individuals: 

Access and Poirtability: Where required by applicable law, Company will provide an individual Personal Information about him or her that Company holds, including information concerning the source of the Personal Information, the purposes of any processing by Company and the recipients, or categories of recipients, to whom such Personal Information is disclosed.

Correction and Deletion:  Valid requests for correction or deletion of Personal Information which is incomplete, inaccurate or excessive will be respected, and confirmed as such, except that deletion will not be performed where retention is required by the contractual relationship between Company and the individual, in the context of a legal dispute or other legal retention requirement, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Objection: Company will cease processing Personal Information where an individual’s objection is justified under applicable law, for example where the individual’s life or health is at risk due to the processing. An individual also has the right to object to decisions based solely on automated processing of Personal Information that produce legal effects which significantly affect the individual involved, except where the individual requested the processing, or when necessary for the legal relationship between Company and the individual. In the latter case, the individual may give his or her views on the automated decision. An individual has the right to object to processing of Personal Information by Company for marketing purposes where allowed by applicable law. The exercise of this right to object may be superseded where Company can demonstrate that its compelling legitimate interest in continuing the processing overrides the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual.

Restriction:  An individual also has the right to request the restriction of any processing of his or her Company Personal Information by Company, to the extent such right is provided for under applicable law, for example where the accuracy of the Company Personal Information is contested. Company will cease processing such information where the restriction is justified, with the exception of storage and other permitted continued processing under applicable law.
